Pale yellow Cava with green tonalities, brilliant, fine bubble and persistent foam. It develops intense aromas of pear and apple with lime and white flowers notes. In mouth, it results fresh, with very well integrated acidity leaving a long and elegant floral taste.

This is a complex cava that encourages you to have a second glass. It is ideal for all type of fish, seafood and rice. Also is unique when it complements carpaccio, well marinated, or with a maki or sashimi.

Drink at 6 – 7ºC.
