Pale yellow Cava with golden tonalities, Bright, fine bubble and persistent foam. Intense fragrance, developing white fruit flavors over notes of bakery and mocha with subtle citric aromas. Creamy texture, wide and persistent in the mouth feeling. Balanced acidity, long tasting remembering rye bread.

This Cava is unique to taste it during all meals. His creamy mouth feeling avoids palate saturation. It is specially recommended for fish and meat cooked in the oven and for long course menus to clean de palate between course and course.
