Tasting notes of winery's winemaker
Wine obtained from grapes of small owned vineyards located in the lower Gallura, well exposed to the south where the sea breeze and the nocturnal temperature range enhance the scents of juniper and Mediterranean scrub. Obtained in purity from Vermentino grapes planted ungrafted on very fine white sand a few steps from the sea, it makes you feel a very persistent flavor and freshness in the mouth of the natural aromas of the vine. The color is straw yellow characteristic of Vermentino, with greenish reflections.
Definitely indicated with seafood, fish dishes and white meats. Excellent as an aperitif.
