Tasting notes of winery's winemaker

- Pale straw yellow color rimmed with greenish hues. Clean, bright and crystal clear with a glyceric tear when swirling the glass.

- AROMA: Powerful and clean, medium-full body. Pleasing and powerful aromas of tropical fruits, citrus and green apple along with some notes of fresh grass.

- FLAVOR: On the palate it is cheerful and fresh. The balanced acidity brings a long finish full of the classic Verdejo flavors of anise, citrus and tropical fruits.
