Tasting notes of winery's winemaker

Intense, elegant cherry, medium robe and with ruby ??red rims. With medium-high intensity, at the first impact on the nose we appreciate frankness and clarity. Aromas of black red fruits, both ripe and fresh. Spicy, balsamic, notes of scrubland and leaf litter, mineral and hints of Huns and ashes. We appreciate the subtlety of French oak, with vanilla tones and with memories of home desserts, dairy, with aniseed touches. With a lot of weight on the palate, fresh, with velvety and sweet tannins, we see that it continues to keep the frankness of the olfactory phase. Taste and aftertaste of red and black fruits, liquorice, gummies, juanolas and something of menthol. Its acidity is characteristic of the area, being pleasant and ensuring the passage of time. Sweet flavors of dairy and aniseed tones, well set with the subtlety of French wood.
