Palate: Full bodied

Color: Red Brick / Purple Hues

Character: A small parcel of premium hand- picked Merlot grapes selected by our Winemaker from a single vineyard. Destemmed, small open fermenters and plunged for 14 days. Maceration on skins for 3 months, basket pressed and matured in Allier French Oak for 4 years before bottling. Rich black plum, date cake with spice notes and herbaceous character of violets and mulberry. A sophisticated wine showing power and elegance and a testament to the Merlot grape, produced with care, to respect the grape variety and showcase the region.
