Tasting notes of winery's winemaker

Presentation: in boxes of 6 and 12 units, 75 cl. each.

Produced from canary bananas in its ideal stage of maturity.

Origin of the bananas: Tenerife

Wine production:

Platé is produced by eliminating the banana peel and preparing a juice which ferments at a low temperature.

Alcohol content: 12% vol.

Total acid content: from 6,5 to 7 gr/l.

Residual sugar: from 25 to 30 gr/l.

Tasting notes:

Colour: shiny pale yellow.

Bouquet: The aroma has notes of fresh, fruity, mostly tropical fruits (peach, pineapple, guava, passion fruit, and other white varieties as apple), with banana nuan- ces, but not too sweet or persisting, and a note of fine pastries.

Taste: The taste sensation is sweet, but not unduly. With floral nuances and its fruit aroma it carries us on into tropical zones. And again a continuous banana tone, but not strenuous. A very fresh and light wine without having a too alcoholic effect, altogether har- monically concerted.

Matching: Matches perfectly with aperitifs, raw and smoked fish (sushi, sashini), rice, salads and des- serts.

Temperature: Serve cold (between 6 and 8 ºC) and use ice cubes or cooler at the table.
