Platé Pasión is a drink made by fermenting canary bananas and passion fruit, both fruits produced in Tenerife, without adding flavors or artificial colors, elaborated in an artisanal way, achieving with this union a combination of tropical aromas and flavors, exotic and delicious.

Origin of the fruit: Tenerife

Alcohol content: 5.5% vol.

Tasting notes:

It is a fresh drink, fruity, aromatic, very light and with a certain sweetness.

Bright yellow color. Primary aromas of great intensity to passion fruit, and in aftertaste to fresh bananas. In the mouth it presents an excellent balance of sweet flavors with a touch of acidity that brings freshness, with a touch of carbon that makes it very refreshing, easy, fun to drink and perfect to enjoy at any time of the day.

It is ideal as an appetizer and can be paired with fish, salads, sushi, desserts, fruits and chocolate. Serve very cold and enjoy.
