Tasting notes of winery's winemaker

Clean and bright ruby red colour.

Lovely balance between the fruit and oak. Hints of

balsamic and vanilla prevelant on the nose.

A Crianza with lots of character. Fresh and silky with

an underlying sweetness. A wine with great poise and

balance.

Consumption temperature between 16 y 18º C.

Especially suitable for fatty fish and red meats.

Contains sulphites.
